Around Europe in 16 days
Led by my father Mr Himadri Sen, our full family undertook the Golden Europe tour with TravelLive(India)Private Limited spreading over April'23 and May'23. Multiple interactions with Ajoy, Gurudas, Shreyashi & Mr Pinaki Mitra from TravelLive before the actual travel, had instilled confidence in us that these guys were serious about their job and that we would have a nice experience. What we least knew was that Golden Europe tour would turn out to be a GOLD MINE for us and we would build some memories to be cherished through our lifetime.Thankful to our tour director Mr Sukanta Chatterjee for the same. His customer centric approach in taking us to as many places as he could( Lord's cricket ground for example was not even in the London itinerary), looking after the dietary requirements of each individual(no joke, as it was a group of 42), ensuring the members get to use free toilets in most of the place whilst on the go, arranging the best of orientation guides in most of the countries(we visited 10), ensuring no body goes missing and trying to keep such a big group bonded to a purpose made the real difference and created what you call customer delight. The added element of joy poured in when we could perform Rabindra Jayanti on the go entrepreneured by my father and Mr Chinmoy Saha( a retired esteemed teacher who travelled with us along with his wife). I loved the way the transits were planned being a mix of bus ride, train ride and luxurious cruises. The stay arrangements were mostly great except for the hotels in Italy which could have been little better. While we were mesmerized by nature in Switzerland, Austria, Holland(Keukenhoff in particular)and country side England, history and heritage including the classic works of fine arts touched our hearts in France, Italy, Germany and Belgium. Lietchenstein came along with a dignified identity of its own while the Vatican City helped us experience the magnanimity of eternal bliss.
